We want to provide more presentation options this year. The 3 options to consider are Workshops, Playgrounds, and STAT Chats. A Workshop is the traditional 55 minute presentation to an audience, either in a classroom, lab room or computer lab. Playgrounds will be 25 minute sessions in a room with several come-and-go stations involving manipulatives, demonstrations, or opportunities to explore tools and equipment. STAT Chats are TED style 15-20 minute talks staged in a more informal setting. We are hoping this options will encourage more teachers to share their expertise with their peers!
